Please Note: Entry fees are generally non-refundable once submitted. Please review our policy carefully before submitting your entries.

Entry Fees Are NOT Refundable For:

Dog-Related Issues

Dog is absent from the show
Dog is disqualified
Dog is sick or lame
Dog is excused by Judge or Veterinarian
Dog is barred by Show Committee action

Entry Errors

Incorrect entry information
Duplicate entries
Overpayments
Administrative errors by exhibitor

Events Beyond Our Control

If, because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of management, it is impossible to open or complete the show, NO REFUND will be made.
